Design Challenge
One of the biggest challenges on this project was that the windows had very slim frames which didn’t leave a lot of room for mounting blinds. There were also some windows that required a blackout blind and a dimout blind in the same opening.
Solution
As some of the window frames were so narrow, we used our medium Sirios roller blind system for this job. This system has narrow 35mm wide brackets which were ideal for the slim frames. We also supplied a neat double roller blind solution which was done by mounting a Sirios with square cassette and blackout fabric in front of a Sirios with screen fabric. The cassette hid the other blind from view so it looked as if there was one cassette with two fabric rollers.
