Design Challenge
The huge areas of glazing around the swimming pool, combined with the need for printed roller blinds and a motor with manual override required a very special product to be created to suit the demanding needs.
Solution
Large Kuro blinds were supplied for around the swimming pool area; the fabric first had to be printed by a large format printing company, then mounted on the tubes in our manufacturing facility. The motors had a manual crank override so that the blinds could still be raised allowing access to the emergency exits should there be a crisis causing power failure.
The gym was also supplied with printed blinds, using our large Helios roller system. Printing included quotes and images to brighten up the space and inspire the athletes.
