Design Challenge
This prestigious project needed a quality, but cost-effective shading solution for the brand new offices. With sunlight reaching every area of the building a large volume of blinds was required to reduce the glare and create a healthy working environment. The blinds had to be aesthetically pleasing and suit the smart, modern design of new development.
Solution
Our basic Solaris roller blind system was installed with Spectrum 5030 3% open screen fabric to reduce glare, whilst still allowing sunlight into the building. The fabric colour was selected to complement the decor and design of the offices.
Solaris shades feature a spring plunger bearing which made fitting quick and easy for our customer, in spite of the large number of blinds. Operation of the blinds is smooth and simple for the end users via a metal ball chain.
