This elegant beachside property showcases one of the most famous landscapes in Wales. Umbra roller blinds, Flow curtain tracks and KuroLok RL rooflights help control solar heat gain, with screen fabrics specified to allow natural daylight in whilst eliminating glare. Control is managed by the Somfy TaHoma for easy DIY automation that can be edited by the homeowner.
- Evolve/Helios roller blinds for the larger windows
- Sirios roller blinds for the smaller windows – this meant the Blindspace concealment could be as small as possible
- KuroLok RLs in the cinema room
- Flow curtain track in the cinema room – with Somfy Glydea RTS motors to integrate into the Tahoma along with the blinds
- Somfy Sonesse 40 RTS motors were used for easy wiring and simple control
- Somfy Tahoma installed for scene setting and presence simulation
- High-performance Screen Vision 1% screen fabric used for glare and thermal control with all that glazing
