TJX Europe operates the TK Maxx and HomeSense brands and has over 500 stores across Europe. For over 20 years its European headquarters has been based in Watford and is currently housed in a series of buildings along Clarendon Road.

Project details:
- Planning permission was granted in 2017 to build a new landmark building as part of the wider regeneration plan for Watford Junction
- The scheme involved a new 15,000 sq m building, plus refurbishment of existing buildings to achieve over 25,000 sq of work space total
- Home to more than 1500 members of staff
