The purpose of the Umbra Dealer Programme is to improve the distribution of Umbra products through approved, trained dealers. When Umbra is specified, the client, architect or designer wants confidence that the product will be installed by an accredited Umbra dealer to the expected standard. Dealer categories are based on a set of criteria that must be met. There is no right or wrong category, they are simply different levels of commitment.

Awarding Dealer status is entirely at the discretion of Umbra, and failure to represent Umbra in accordance with our Terms and Conditions may lead to the withdrawal of your Dealer status. Click here to read our T’s & C’s.
