Umbra has become well known for the KuroLok zipped-edge blackout system, and our KuroLok RL rooflight systems. But don’t forget we also manufacture free-hanging roller blinds!
Our roller blind systems are strong and sleek, and there’s an option for every size of window. From our Evolve system capable of 4m x 6m that aren’t just built to perform, but to look great too. Our Evolve Zero system can also span up to 5 meters wide, covering even the most vast windows with ease.
Our Evolve systems are also available with Cassette or Fascia. This is the same cassette as we use on our KuroLok systems, so even if you mix and match your blinds you can ensure a consistent look.
These cassettes are made from extruded aluminium which can be completely powder coated to any RAL colour, and the front cover can be opened within 10mm for easy access even in a tight space.
The cassette sizes we offer are:

We offer a wide range of motor types including battery-powered, RTS and smart motors, and we also offer chain and crank-operated manual options.
These cassettes are also perfect for achieving a retrofit blind box look when a blind pocket isn’t available. Multiple blinds can be fitted in one cassette for a ‘built-in’ look.
